Continued education coupled with on-the-job experiences can give you the career pathway necessary to achieve new and greater opportunities as a health care professional. Baptist Health supports its employees’ goals by offering tuition reimbursement to prepare them for future opportunities and perform their present duties more effectively.

Employees are encouraged to take advantage of the many education and training programs offered. Most of these are offered to all employees at no cost.

An Educational Assistance program is available to full-time and part-time employees continuing their education in a degree or diploma program which may be considered beneficial to both the employee and the hospital. Each application for Educational .Assistance funds is reviewed and approved individually by the employee’s Department Director, the Human Resources Director, and the CEO.
